Serve

As disciples of Christ called to love through our actions, serving must begin in our daily living and move outward from there. Remember, Jesus came to serve not to be served (Matthew 20:28) and did all of his earthly ministry within walking distance!

There is no insignificant act of service and, sometimes, because we serve a God of higher thoughts and higher ways, the small stuff might not be so small after all. First United has a rich tradition of supporting ministry partners financially and by joining them as they serve God’s children throughout our community, the region, and beyond.
